On 3/25/22 this was the only thing I ate that my family did not over the 48 hour span. I am the only one who got sick. Vomiting diarrhea nausea and stuck in bed

First time having it. Was eating a Big Italian Beef and ended up gagging and throwing up nearly the whole sandwich. Ended up having stool problems after the fact. My friend who has it before is now having to use the bathroom twice with problems.
