Severe Illness After Hot Dogs

Ate at this restaurant at around 7pm on Thursday. But midnight I had severe abdominal cramps followed shortly by strong, projectial vomit and diarrhea simaltaneously. Vominted off and on all day Friday and have had diarrhea and nauseau all day Saturday. Will see how I am Sunday then docyor

Chop salad Got chop salad around 4:00pm eat with my daughter we both throw up and have diarrhea from 8pm to till now

Double Cheeseburger Duo Ill

Ate a double cheeseburger with everything on it and within a few hours became ill. Coworker who also had the same sandwich is experiencing the same symptoms. It 10 hours later and still have explosive diarrhea.
