Got a Italian big beef dipped and large fries and drink with cheese sauce along with 4 piece chicken strips and another fry. Since then me and my mother in law and 3 year old niece have had the chills diarrhea vomiting nausea. I could not keep anything down.

I had severe gastrointestinal issues, cold sweats, vomiting. Kept feeling like I was going to pass out. Only had a burger and coke.
