Had a chopped salad last night for dinner. Had about a quarter of it because something just didn't taste right. Had stomach issues all night, and woke up with diarrhea. Started throwing up shortly after, and have been dealing with this all day.

My co worker ordered me lunch and it was a reg hot dog and chesse fries. Within a couple of hours I had gas, sharp stomach pain, and uncontrollable vomit. Never in my like will I ever eat anything from Portillos. What a scary, terrible feeling.
