Suspected source: Chicken salad salad and brocolli cheese soup
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: Started suddenly and violently. Have had explosive watery diarrhea for 3 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
