Bought a chicken tender sub from the deli at about 1pm on 3/17. When I ate the sub- I started to develop a blinding headache hours later that later developed into chills and severe vomiting.

Shrimp Sushi Illness Alert

I bought their Shrimp Sushi for lunch yesterday and after 5 to 6 hours I felt pain in my stomach and started vomiting and having diarrhea. I remember checking expiration date on all the Sushi products they had in store and all of them labeled sell by Oct 29
