Got an 6” italian sub from Publix yesterday for lunch. 330 last night my stomach hurt so bad I thought I was dying… Sub consisted of spinach, pepper jack, whatever meat they use for the Italian banana peppers salt pepper and ground parm. I will NEVER in my life eat or shop there again.
