Suspected previously that it makes me sick, but wasn't 100% sure, had it for dinner today and sure enough I have severe stomach pain, diarrhea again. I'll never eat it again, while it tastes good, it's not worth this pain (and literally) suffering. 2am still dealing with it.

Had the box combo at around 2pm, ended up in the bathroom with stomach pains and diarrhea about an hour later.
