Documented salmonella Poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache Suspected source: Chicken Onset: 12 to 24 hours Duration: Several Weeks Sick: Me Additional information: Was hospitalized for 5 days and kidneys almost shut down due to dehydration and salmonella!

Chicken Combo Causes Illness

I eat alot of fried chicken all over the country including this. I've never felt this sick in my life after eating the box combo. Luckily 7/11 not too far away had a 24hour bathroom. I was on the toilet for at least an hour. Terrible stomach pains. Never again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Chicken Meal Illness Report

I got ate it half, went into Harris teeter for MAYBE 25 Minutes and went home and heated my food. It couldn’t have been sitting out more than for an hour. I have a fever, nausea and am currently drinking pedialyte. WILL NEVER EAT FROM THERE AGAIN.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
