Shrimp Enchilada Illness Report

on sunday night, I had dinner at Red O and several hours after consuming the shrimp enchilada, I had 10 episodes of vomiting ( vomited my entire dinner) accompanied with nausea and later fever.

Felt better by Tuesday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
