Had lobster Mac n cheese delivered amd 2 hours later was back and forth between the fetal position and the toilet. Have always had great food from there but this time was painful and traumatic :-(

I purchased a sushi platter. Within 3-6 hours I was in excruciating pain. I had a high fever, my body ached, I was vomiting, and had projectile diarrhea.
