After having a snack with picanha and onion hamburgers for dinner, I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pain and severe diarrhea. It's already the second time this has happened in three times I've eaten there in the outback.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
