January 21, 2020. Had large Chicken Salad for lunch. Woke up at 2am diarrhea and nauseaus and headache. Didn't feel well until about noon the next day. My son had the same lunch and he was violently I'll as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
