Chicken Meal Illness Symptoms

Had the two piece chicken meal at 12:00. At 1700 got a fever, at 2100 vomited four times, had diarrhea overnight. Woke up next day with headaches and minor chills.

Wet Bun Sparks Illness

At 3 pm on 9 March 2018 I got a regular roast beef sandwich. The bun was soaking wet but I ateit anyway. That night about 2 am I woke with severe stomach cramps. By 8 am I was shivering and dry heaving. Still shivering so bad I can barely type this
