Had severe muscle pain, headaches, and chills for 24hrs. I had 4 of the yogurts from this 8 pack and had no problems, the 5th really did a number on me.

Slimy Mushrooms Cause Illness

Prepared less than 10 slices of mushrooms that felt slimey, sauteing then in an omelette. Mushrooms came in a container covered in plastic wrap. Less than 20 minutes later I was nauseous, then started vomiting multiple times. About an hour later, I had diarrhea.
