Frozen Mussels Cause Illness

I ate some mussells (the ready cooked kind that come frozen) and within 14 hours had diarrhoea & 24 hours after was throwing up constantly as well. Not over it yet but hopefully it will pass soon.

Sushi Sick: Cramps, Nausea

I shared a box of california roll sushi last night and felt very sick and nauseous not long after. It continued all night and into this morning. My housemate who I shared the sushi with felt like she was having stomach cramps and suffered the same symptoms.
