I picked up lunch around 3:4o and experienced stomach cramps later that day. At approximately 9:30 I started many episodes of vomiting and diarrhea continuing for 24 hours. I ate chicken and cheese tacos, chips and salsa.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
