Cheese Pretzels Cause Illness

My daughter and I got 2 cheese filled pretzels with cheese dip from one of the food kiosks. We ate them on the way out of the park. Within 20 minutes we were experiencing stomach cramps and had to rush home because of impending diarrhea. Lasted 3-4 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

Carne Asada Nachos Illness

All 3 of my party members got sick at San Diego with the Carne Asada Nachos. I started projectile vomiting at 2am, husband had diarrhea at the same time, and my little brother had projectile vomit starting at 4am. By the time we got up at 10am we started feeling better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate the pretzel hot dog with cheese in the morning- shared with family but none of them got sick. Later had the veggie quinoa wrap and Starbucks strawberries and creme frappe. Started feeling sick about an hour later and have had non- stop stomach cramping and diarrhea… See more
