Yesterday, June 25, 2025 at approx 6:30 pm, I ate the Salmon plate with rice and veggies, along with a side salad. I did use approx 1 tablespoon of the Ken's Ranch dressing on my salad. At 2 am 6/26/2025 I awoke with a bad stomach ache which soon manifested in diarrhea and vomitting.

I ordered teriyaki grilled salmon with steamed vegetables from the Shipwreck Reef Cafe on Tuesday April 9 and I got food poisoning. My son had a children's macaroni & cheese + grapes and he did not get food poisoning.
