Freshly, made in store, salmon patty. Only myself. Symptoms started in 15 minutes.I cooked a frozen salmon patty in my air fryer. Unfortunately, the patties were made freshly in store, I ordered 4 of them. They were packaged separately, when I arrived home, I immediately put them... See More in a stand alone freezer. I decided to cook one in my Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer. I followed directions for cooking temperature but doubled the time because the patties were larger than the usual pre-packaged ones. I didn't save the store receipt and they weren’t pre-packaged as I stated. Normally my granddaughter and great granddaughter are here with me, they were getting registesred for school, thankfully, or we all would have been sick. THIS IS LITERALLY THE EXACT PROBLEM I AM HAVING. Apparently every time I eat cheerios of any kind, my stomach acts up hours later. Either if my stomach has difficulty digesting the food, or there is an ingredient in there that is making me sick, or even others.Because of this, I experienced nausea, sweating, excessive thirst, and mild dehydration. The nausea gave me a panic attack which then in term, worsened it. When I ate an orange while nauseous, my stomach decided to regurgitate it back up to my mouth (not vomiting since it wasn't completely digested) because of the fact I was nauseous due to the cheerios cereal. Then when I got in bed, I had to go to the bathroom. Regurgitated again.
Now I have been avoiding this brand since it is affecting my stomach.
