“I’m not sure, I had a Spinach, Feta & Cage Free Egg White Breakfast Wrap and a Morning Muffin with Pikes roast for brunch at one location. That evening I tried a Matcha green tea Frappuccino with Skim and whip for the first time. All delicious!, I ate brunch around 11:30 am. I had Matcha Frap around... See More4:45pm. “We both had it. Me and my daughter had it last night, 4-5 hrs later, we both woke up nauseated and dehydrated. The symptoms remained for about 4-5 more hours. I initially had diarrhea and nausea, which eventually led to vomiting and extreme fatigue. My daughter is very dehydrated and nauseated.

“On May 25 I had take out dinner of beef kabobs on rice, with two dolmas,salad, hummus and pita, with baklava dessert.Eaten around 6pm. And indigestion beginning around 11.30 pm. Diarhea set in and continued through the night with vomiting around 4am and exhaustion by 5am. See Less”

“The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert because raw beef product produced by Greater Omaha Packing Co. Inc., an Omaha, Neb. establishment, may be contaminated with E. coli. O157:H7. A recall was not requested because the affecte... See Mored product is no longer available for purchase.
FSIS is concerned that some ground beef products may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products should not consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
The raw beef item was produced by Greater Omaha Packing Co. Inc. on January 14, 2021, further processed into ground beef and sold by Art’s Food Market located in Sandwich, Illinois. The following product is subject to the public health alert:
- 2-lb (approximately) trays containing raw ground beef labeled with a retail label with “PACKED” dates ranging from JAN 28 2021 through JAN 31 2021.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.
E. coli O157:H7 is a potentially deadly bacterium that can cause dehydration, bloody diarrhea and abdominal cramps 2–8 days (3–4 days, on average) after exposure the organism. FSIS advises all consumers to safely prepare their raw meat products, including fresh and frozen, and only consume raw ground beef product that has been cooked to a temperature of 160°F.

“Every time I eat from there, The already made wings, hot chips, and plastic bottle of new water I’ve never had....
Soon as I ate the wings FIRST, stomach hurts bad and gas.

“Last night around 9:45pm I ate a Large Double Big Mac meal with extra sauce and 2 Hash Browns, a few hours later i was Vomiting and had Severe Diarrhea, then this morning i had Diarrhea again but this time I also had rectal bleeding too that has been happening since about 2am.
