My son was fine all day until he ate a banana nut bread. 2 hours later diarrhea all day and then vomiting that night. Banana bread was in his stool and vomit. It took a day to pass. It wasn’t the stomach flu because the rest of the family is fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
