I ate chicken sandwich and fries and onion rings. Both myself and my friend had the same thing and that night were both vomiting and two days later I'm sick and feeling weak without an appetite.

After work went home 545 am
Woke up at about 11 sick as all get out. The lunch I got from the restaurant was the only thing I eat all night.
