Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Cramps
2 months ago
Today marks day 15 that my daughter has been sick with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills & cramping. We have been to Urgent Care twice, the ER once and another doctor once. I received a call today saying that her lab work came back showing antibiotic resistant Salmonella.... Tracking back our meals for the last 19 days, the only thing that she ate differently than anyone else in the house was her Sandwich from here and she is the only one who is sick. Her illness is so bad that she has now missed almost 3 weeks of school resulting in a truancy report (1st time ever), she now needs to see a Pediatric GI Specialist and we are scheduled for more testing next week. This is a child who has NEVER been sick more than a few days, does not miss school and has always been healthy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Cramps

I made a half sandwich with a new jar of Skippy creamy peanut butter today and four hours later had severe cramping and explosive diarrhea. The barcode numbers on my jar were 37600 11075 and the best by date was June 9, 2023. Previously I had experienced... even worse cramping and diarrhea from a previous peanut butter recall, possibly JIF, or I wouldn’t even have associated today's symptoms with peanut butter. I bought my peanut butter at this location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
Ate 1:30pm on 08/28/22. Hit within 12hrs, the only thing I ate. Fever, chills, body aches and bloody stools. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Body Ache, Bloody Stool
On the evening of July 25th, 2022, I ate at this location, and had a gluten-free pizza with three toppings (black olives, onion, and garlic). I ate half, because soon after I began eating it I didn't feel too great, saved the 2nd half for the next... day. The pizza had no taste whatsoever (unlike previous GF pizza there)--only the parmesean rescued it.Beginning with that night and the next four days, I had severe, intermittent abdominal pain, more constant some times than others, and was so badly bloated I thought my spleen may have ruptured. All I had to do was touch my stomach with a finger and it felt like someone had punched me in the gut. The restaurant claims they had no complaints (though they were slow in answering me). | Symptoms: Something else, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Unfortunately, this location tends to put the food outside on a tray, while the runners send the food, in July, in Florida. I had their Deluxe and fries, as well as a small ice cream. Within ten hours, I woke up with severe abdominal pain, vomiting, fever... and everything that comes with food poisoning. I'm on the third day and I'm still experiencing these symptoms. Unable to eat anything but a few crackers and water.
Won't be visiting there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
I was covering a shift for my employer at a location at Aventura. I ordered food on my break from here the first time I found a small hair in my meal, I didn’t complain because the instantly replaced my meal and provided me with a free... cheesecake. I come home after several hours to my stomach hurting and throwing up for the past 2-3 hours and a really bad after taste in my mouth. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I thought I had Covid again. I felt chills, body aches, headache, nauseous etc, Took test and it was negative. Then every time I went to the bathroom, everything was coming out green (pea soup color). I looked up online and they gave 6 reasons, but none... were from eating Lucky Charms. When I was able to rule everything out, I asked Google, can Lucky Charms make your #2 green and I saw all this about the poisoning. It happened quickly after eating. I remembered hearing about this in April when I had a box of the Chocolate Lucky Charms (to try) and saved the box top and serial number in case. Nothing. But this I wouldn't wish on anyone | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Chills, Body Ache, Green Stool
