Speculating its food poisoning 11/22 around 20:15 I got the a ft long BMT with double meat, provolone on the herb and cheese bread, with mayo no veggies. It was the only thing I ate Saturday. Woke up around 2am with water hose diarrhea and projectile vomiting.…
