I ate a turkey sandwich for lunch on the 18th and haven't felt hungry even today the 19th. With stomach fullness and nausea gradually getting worse, muscle aches, with eventual vomiting toward the end of today.

I had noticed a few of the vegetables and toppings looked a bit frail, but I didn't pay any attention.
