Have been receiving free salads at our hospital during the pandemic. Today 3 people vomited and several others had diarrhea after eating donated their salads. Another coworker found a dead fly in her salad bowl yesterday, too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Shroomami Salad Illness

shroomami, I had the Shroomami salad on Monday, March 4th for lunch. By 3pm, I had intestinal gas and by 6pm my stomach was cramping and hurting. I had nausea and diarrhea overnight and vomiting early the next morning. Most of those symptoms continue today  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Gas, Cramps
