I had a crispy rice bowl on Thursday night and on Friday evening I was nauseous and on the toilet most of the night. I woke up in the middle of the night with sharp pains in my stomach and have only had liquid poop since. I eat anything bland and i am back on the toilet within 10 minutes.

I had around 7pm, hour later my stomach started to hurt, stomach pain and nausea continued to increase, then at around 12am I had bad diarrhea, then at 2 am I threw up numerous times.
