One evening , I bought Mexican pizza, 2 crunchy tacos, 1 flour taco, fiesta potatoes for dinner. The Mexican pizza was to be shared with my daughter. After my first bite, I told her not to eat any. It tasted like poison. I’ve been sick for 2.5 days with all the symptoms checked above.

I purchased a meal #10 3/13/16 around 1:30pm. 30-40 minutes after eating this meal I began experiencing symptoms in this order: Light headed, stomach cramps, nauseous,diarrhea, hot and cold flashes.
