Chicken Substitute Causes Illness

My girlfriend and I are there last night between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. They were out of beef for their Mexican pizza so they had to substitute chicken. Within hours my girlfriend and I were vomiting uncontrollably and it hasn't stopped since last night. We're both feverish and in immense pain.
