NY Strip Causes Illness

My family and I went for dinner on Friday night. I ate an 8oz NY Strip with a garden salad and a loaded baked potato. By 5am the next morning I had explosive vomiting and diarrhea with severe stomach cramps. This continued throughout the day until it finally subsided around 5pm.
