Salad Causes Severe Symptoms

After eating a salad later on that evening I have diarrhea and vomiting. And had diarrhea the following morning. Everything I ate came back out and I slept all day which is unusual for me I place a take-out order drive-through 8/6/2020 I later on after eating the salad I became sick
