Had the shrimp tacos on 6/27 became violently will within hours. Felt sick immediately upon leaving the restaurant. Am the only one in my group who had them and the only one who got sick.

Ate salmon at6 pm on 10/25/2021. Within 45 minutes I was nauseous and had bad cramps. Then had diarrhea. Symptoms eased for a while. Then felt sick again.

I ate the Louisiana chicken pasta at 8pm. Delivered my Postmates. Felt I’ll at 2am. Threw up at 230 am. Still feel nauseous and like I will throw up again.
