Ordered a 12" turkey bacon sandwich with everything on it at Thunder Valley Casino at 9:11 pm. Immediately felt stomach cramps, nausea and chills/fever. Up all night with diarrhea and fever, pain in body etc. Very sick. Do remember the sandwich was dripping with juice, possibly the mayonnaise?

Today (I ate a sandwich from there yesterday) Not sure specifically Extreme dizziness and Diarrhea that made my anus burn
