Ate a bowl of Trader Joe’s herb salad mix as well as a small amount of the leaves on my veggie burger. Within 8 hours I became violently ill with 7 vomiting episodes, simultaneous diarrhea and abdominal/lower back pain until I finally went to urgent care for help because I was so dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
