I purchased jack links Teriyaki BEEF Jerky on 8/26/2022! While at work that is all I had consumed other than 2 mints. I became very sick and couldn't remain at work the entire shift due to bowl movements back to back to where I was so dizzy and sick I couldn't work.

took 1 laxative (Dulcolax) and got in bed around 8:00pm because the chest pain was so severe. I began getting extremely cold and was shivering under my covers even when I kept raising the thermostat. A couple hours later I was tossing & turning and shaking extensively… my whole body was in severe pain so then I finally took 2 Advil PM’s. Then sometime around 3:00/3:30am is when I was feeling extremely nauseous so I ran to the bathroom and vomited a lot, it was a light brown color like the chocolate egg and it was smooth looking (not chunky throw-up) and also a lot of diarrhea and at the same time… I also would get extremely hot and sweaty so I had to rip off my pajamas …. Then I got back in bed, but maybe 15 minutes later I was back on the toilet with more diarrhea and more vomiting. This carried on and off until about 5:30am. I was finally able to sleep until maybe 10:30 AM but this entire day I’ve had a severe headache and the extra strength Excedrin I took twice today hasn’t even been helping much… also light dizziness and nausea all day too and I spent most of it in bed. Anyway, it’s 10:00 pm now and I’m still in bed not feeling well… still not back to feeling 100% again.. I live in Lincolnshire, Illinois and my friend gave it to me… he bought it at a Walgreen’s in Grayslake and brought it to me.

Fairlife whole milk made me sick half an hour after drinking. This happened two months ago from the 2% fairlife milk and I thought it was the location I shopped at leaving it out too long. I now believe it is the brand that is the issue.

chills, fever and tremors, starting sometime between 10:30a and 1:30p. At first I was not sure of the relationship and sought treatment from my PCP who could not find any cause after examining me and in his office. During my second episode he sent me to the ER because my fever would not respond to ibuprofen. A battery of tests were done (urinalysis, CT scans of head, pelvis, and abdomen, chest x-rays, EKG, full blood work analysis) and no apparent cause was found, so I was put on a broad spectrum antibiotic as a precaution. I voluntarily stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha for a few days, although my PCP and the ER doctor did not think it could be the cause, and I did not have the fever and tremors on the days I did not drink it. Once I felt totally recovered and was done with the antibiotics, I drank my usual cup of Ryze Mushroom Matcha, but only about half the cup. Within 4 hours after drinking it, I had another episode of severe chills, tremors, and a fever which finally subsided about 4 hours after taking 800mg of Motrin. It's taken a few days for my body to recover, but I have stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha and I have not had any recurring episodes. The closest drop-down was Rhyze Mushrooms, but that’s not correct. I ordered the Ryze Mushroom Matcha from ryzesuperfoods .com.

Thats because they NASTY in Hamiltucky. Finger lickin, no hand washing, pick nose save for later behind ear, pick ear and sniff fingers. Its like that at all the fast food places. Lowest, dirtiest people alive work there. I have exhausted all opportunities in fast food. I have quite every fast food place in the area. Btw I did throw up I threw up everything I ate. I’m never eating at that subway again. I live all the way in Cincinnati. I went to Hamilton because my people was out there. I never ate in Hamilton before I never got sick of Subway in my city until I went to Hamilton never again.
