I ate a banquet chicken pot pie & less than 4 hours later I was super sick. I can barely walk with my back upright because my stomach is in so much pain  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
