Egg Salad Illness Suspected

Today at lunch. I believe I ate a hard boiled hard boiled egg that was bad. It was greenish gray between the yoke and white., It tasted ok but it was in a salad so could have been hidden by the other ingredients I don’t know what else there is.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
