Suspected food poisoning from fresh OJ. Strong, very painful abdominal cramps, lightheadedness. No med seems to help at all :( Nothing else I ate/drank within the past 24 hours could have caused it as I only ate preserved foods e.g. soup from a can.

Ate White Pizza Dough, Pizza Sauce, and Shredded Mozzarella. The next morning, I had a severe stomach ache lasting 5 hours accompanied by constipation, and then directly after I had diarrhea for around 30 minutes.

I ate a salmon poke salad, I had never had the salads before only the salmon poke rice bowls. And about an hour later had sharp stomach pains and discomfort. I threw up for a while but am now just feeling bloated and pain in my stomach.
