Yesterday, February 27, 2026, after eating a sesar salad at Wendy's, 1290 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104, the United States preceded a lot of pain symptoms and one eye started to swell and today, February 28, 2026, I am in the hospital in emergency treating the pain  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
