Spicy Pretzel Causes Diarrhea

I ate a jalapeño/pepperoni pretzel with the jalapeño cheese and I’m very used to eating spicy food being Mexican and all. Had bad diarrhea which is not normal for me because I don’t have many bowl movements because I’m a small person and don’t eat much.
