7 year old ate Annie’s Mac and Cheese (made with organic pasta) last night as a special dinner treat. Now she is having the worst stomach aches and vomiting. I am so worried and upset!

Sald I ate a salad with berries and spinach, and became violently ill within 30 minutes. I experienced cold sweats, became dizzy, had intense burning in my stomach, and my face went pale. I then vomited nearly constantly for 1.5 hours, well beyond my stomach being empty
(dry heaving, bold coming up etc.) After the nausea subsided my stomach kept burning for another hour. It happened Yesterday evening 1 day ago

Made-to-order chicken sandwich and suspicious-looking
chicken soup in plastic container--had round balls of
flour in it; little or no chicken; in 2 days had roughly
30 some diahrrea runs and considerable vomiting.
Was almost completely dehydrated. Spent 7 plus
hours in the emergency rm. at Penninsula Hosp.
in San Mateo. It has little regard
for food sanitation as evidenced by the daily
dippings into the hot foods by freeloading customers.
Parents are now bringing in their kids and feeding
them from the prepared hot foods. Every time I bring
these matters to the staff's attention--their lame
response is that they have surveillence cameras.
They used to be my favorite grocer, but
after this latest bout of obvious food poisoning--
the public deserves to be warned/reminded of
the hazards of eating their food | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate carrot coconut soup from The prepared foods section (hot food section) . Had severe stomach pain and vomiting several times since early morning. Now, at 3pm I am OK, I do not know about anyone else getting sick. I bought the prepared (hot) soup and ate
it. The symptoms did not start until about 8 hours later

Mother and I ate lunch there on Thursday, 2.30pm booking. She had the chicken starter, chicken and prawn main and fruit soup. At approx 6pm she was feeling nauseous with diarrhoea. Went back to our hotel where she was violently sick twice through the night, last time
at approx 10.30pm.
I had a different meal but did try a few forkfuls of her starter. I also had diarrhoea and was sick through the night. Hi, just to be clear I don’t have food poisoning. I purchased the unpasteurized grapefruit juice twice in two weeks from Sams and both times I got sick not saying I was food poisoning but I just don’t know what else it could be fine today much
better than last night, but I’m just curious has anybody else mentioned anything about getting sick from unpasteurized grapefruit juice?. It was with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. I purchased it twice within two weeks and every time I bought it I got sick. I’m OK now though thank God.
