I bought Whole Foods Organic Mild Italian Chicken Sausage Sunday 3/15/26 and froze the package. I cooked and ate one sausage Monday 3/16/26, and woke up at 3am that night--Tuesday, 3/17/26, with nausea, intense vomiting and diarrhea.

Burrito Illness: Vomiting, Fever

My daughter ate a burrito with beans, chicken, lettuce, rice and cheese from the Los Gatos Blvd Whole Foods (in San Jose Ca). She started vomiting about six hours after she ate it which is about exactly when food poisoning usually starts after eating tainted food.
