I ate some chili fries and took the uber home. Then started feeling like i had heat flashes then seconds later started to vomit, got chills and my stomache started to hurt me.. i felt really light headed and had diarrhea..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
