Chicken Meal Causes Illness

Now, I got the 4 piece chicken tender meal from there and my boyfriend got the nibbler combo. The next day I noticed I felt nauseous and then started to throw up, and then rushed to the bathroom to find out I had explosive diarrhea. Shortly after, the same thing happened to my boyfriend.
