I was perfectly fine, had only eaten plain toast in the morning but within a few hours after eating the chicken and rice bowl from Nando’s, I had rapid onset diarrhoea and vomiting and severe stomach cramps
What I believe was food poisoning | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen, Schmerzen im Magen, Krämpfe, Schüttelfrost, Kopfschmerz

Ich habe am Sonntagabend einen Nando gegessen, bin am Montag mit der schlimmsten Lebensmittelvergiftung aufgewacht, die ich je hatte. Ich kann nur sagen, jetzt, 2 Tage später, geht es mir langsam besser
