I ate a Kinder Bueno in the afternoon, and later at night I experienced stomach pain and diarrhea while sleeping.

I had suspected before that it might be related to Kinder Bueno, so I tested again by eating another bar. About 20 minutes later, I experienced severe stomach cramps and diarrhea again.

This has happened more than once, so I believe there may be an issue with the product or that I may be reacting to one of the ingredients.
