I ate a chicken breast footling on wheat bread. With spinach tomato onion olives and jalapeños. Around 5:00pm yesterday. Now I’ve been puking since 3am this morning with diarrhea nonstop. I can’t hold down water or food., I was alone. Ate in store. They started about 7 hours after by noticing I was nauseous. | Symptome: Erbrechen, Durchfall
