A friend brought me home a double-double Animal Style on Monday 6/14/2021 and 30 minutes later I started having profuse diarrhea that later turned bloody and then turned into rice-water stools for over a week and a half. I had a fever of 106 degrees, vomited everything... See More else that I ate, had zero appetite, and had dizzy/fainting spells so bad that I could not stand or sit for even 15 seconds at a time. I was rushed to the ER this last Sunday, 6/20/2021, and was later diagnosed with E. Coli and Cryptosporidium, both of which come from cattle. This is the first time I have ever gotten food poisoning from there, and for a chain that places such a great emphasis on food safety, it really makes me question ever returning there let alone even dining out or eating animal products in the first place. I still cannot keep food or fluids down, I’m running a 100+ temperature, and it has now been a week and a half.
