On July 10th after eating there I had severe diarrhea and vomiting and finally went to the doctors because it hasn't gone away. I have been diagnosed with Giardia a parasite younger from unsanitary environments and not washing your hands before serving. I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
